I am Katja Rehse, holistic mentor and healer, and modern medium, educated in the English tradition.
Since 2022, I have been supporting women and men on their journey toward a more vibrant life, restored well-being, and relationships that truly reflect who they are.
I have created an innovative, modern, and deeply grounded holistic healing and support approach.
A space where mentoring, energy healing, and modern mediumship converge.
A unique combination that sets things in motion where everything seems stuck and allows for profound and lasting transformations.
This is the heart of my ALLinONE and Femme Incarnée support programs.
I work hand in hand with the invisible world, which gives me access to knowledge and resources that would otherwise be inaccessible.
And yet, I am deeply grounded and have always been.
This is also my “Leitmotiv” in my mediumistic practice and the mediumship classes that I organize: to connect the invisible world to the real.
My Approach to Holistic Support
All support work – therapeutic, energetic, or mediumistic – must be carried out with empathy, compassion, and ethics, with complete respect for the individual being supported.
My support and healing approach is holistic. It considers the being in its wholeness: their physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions.
It doesn’t focus solely on symptoms, but goes to their root causes, to the source. Because it is only at this level that a lasting transformation can occur.
I practice what I call modern mediumship, or “mediumship 2.0”. A mediumship rooted in the English tradition, where ethics are as important as technique and knowledge.
It is a mediumship that illuminates, but never imposes.
A tool for understanding, regulation, and attentive listening – never an authority.
My holistic approach brings movement back where things feel stuck, at a deep level, while respecting each person’s pace and autonomy.
My work is complentary to medical care and neveral a substitute for it

My Journey Through Intuition, Mediumship & Real Life
Before my career transition, I spent over 30 years in executive and leadership roles in the industry, based in the Toulouse region.
These years provided me with a solid foundation:
a sense of responsibility, active listening and personal development skills, leadership and pragmatism
– qualities that are integral to my approach to supporting others.
One thing has always guided me in my professional life:
I must be passionate about what I do. When I’m losing my sens of purpose, I change.
The last time, in 2022, the change was radical.
I didn’t change jobs or companies – I changed my life.
I left my career and professional world to fully embrace who I am today.
The time had come to refocus my life around what truly motivated me: helping others.
My spirituality, my extraordinary connection with animals, and my healing touch have always been a part of my life.
But it was in 2015 that everything took on a new dimension.
A significant event in my personal life plunged me into a veritable emotional abyss.
It was at that moment that I felt the need to understand who I truly was and what was essential to me.
I then embarked on a profoundly transformative journey: a path of self-discovery, learning mediumship and energy healing, as well as mentoring and coaching techniques.
Today, I put all of this at the service of others.
Always in good spirits and with humour – because otherwise, it simply wouldn’t be me – and within a safe and ethical framework.
With common sense and a spirit of inquiry: the essential foundations for any serious work involving mediumship and energy work.
A Comprehensive and In-Depth Training
