I am Katja Rehse, holistic mentor and healer, and a modern medium trained in the English tradition.

Since 2022, I have been supporting women and men on their journey towards deep emotional release, restored global well-being, and a life they fall back in love with.

I have developed an innovative, modern, and grounded holistic support method, where mentoring, spiritual healing, and modern mediumship converge.

A unique combination that sets things in motion where everything seems stuck and allows for profound and lasting transformations.

This is the heart of my ALLinONE and Femme Incarnée support programs.

I work hand in hand with the invisible world, which gives me access to knowledge and resources that would otherwise be inaccessible. And yet, I am deeply grounded and have always been.

This is also my guiding principle in my mediumistic practice and the mediumship training classes I run: to connect the invisible world to the real.

My Journey Through Intuition, Mediumship & Real Life

I am actually a person for whom logic, order, and structure are fundamentally important.
And yet, my ability for healing through laying on of hands, my interest in the spiritual world, and my special connection with animals have always been present.

My greatest strength lies precisely in these paradoxes: logic meets a fascination for the inexplicable, while assertiveness combines with deep empathy and sensitivity.

The Foundation: 30 Years of Leadership in Industry

Before my career transition, I spent over 30 years in management roles in the industry in the Toulouse area. These years were shaped by a sense of responsibility, active listening, leadership, and pragmatism – qualities that now form an essential foundation for my work.

The Turning Point

In 2015, a major event in my private life plunged me into a deep emotional void. During this time, the desire was born to understand who I truly am and what is essential to me in life.

Thus began a profound journey of personal development – a path of self-discovery, of learning mediumship and energetic healing, as well as mentoring and coaching techniques.

A journey filled with wonderful experiences and deep gratitude, which, after years of solid training, has brought me onto my current path.

When the fire goes out, I move on

One thing has always guided me in my professional life:
I need to be passionate about what I do. When that is no longer the case, I move on.

This last happened in 2022. This time, the change was radical.
I didn’t change my position or my company – I changed my life.
I left my career and my professional environment behind to fully become who I am today.

The time had come to align my life with what moves me deep inside: helping others.

Today, I am a holistic mentor, a spiritual healer and a grounded medium.

And in addition to professionalism and ethics, two things are essential to me in my work:

Good humor and a dash of wit – otherwise, I simply wouldn’t be myself.
Common sense and a critical mind – mandatory for any serious energetic or mediumistic work.

My Approach to Holistic Support

All support work — therapeutic, energetic, or mediumistic – must be carried out with empathy, compassion, and ethics, with complete respect for the individual being supported.

My support and healing approach is holistic.
It considers the being in its wholeness: their physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions. It doesn’t focus solely on symptoms, but goes to their root causes, to the source. Because it is only at this level that a lasting transformation can occur.

My mediumistic work respects the standards and tradition of the English school, where ethics are as important as technique, evidence and knowledge.

My mediumship helps clarify, but never imposes.
Mediumship that helps you better live your present and becomes part of everyday life – both personally and professionally.

My holistic approach aims at releasing things deep inside while always respecting each person’s pace and autonomy.

My work is complentary to medical care and never a substitute for it

Energetic or mediumnistic support and mentoring, must never replace conventional medicine.

I never give any diagnosis nor guarantee of results.

A Comprehensive and In-Depth Training

I gained my solid knowledge and experience in mediumship, healing and intuitive work in England, particularly at the renowned Arthur Findlay College.

Over the years, I have attended numerous courses and taken part in specialised mediumship development programmes.
And I continue to expand my knowledge, experience and repertoire – I think that we should never stop progressing.

All of this now forms the foundation of my holistic support programmes, my healing work and my approach to modern mediumship.

How do you combine pragmatic experience, intuition, and mediumship?

To me, the visible and invisible worlds are not opposites: they complement each other.

My extensive background in the corporate world brings a sense of facts, logic, and a grounded approach that creates a safe, practical framework.

At the same time, intuition and mediumship allow us to look beyond appearances, illuminate the root cause of a blockage, and open up unexpected perspectives.

I build this bridge between both worlds to provide clear, liberating, and actionable answers for your daily life — so you can reconnect with a life you truly love.

How does your work differ from traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy often focuses on the symptom, relying primarily on psychological analysis and talk therapy.

My approach integrates the interdependence of body, emotions, and mind, aiming for the lasting release of the root cause — leaving the symptom with no reason to persist once the source is cleared.

By integrating the subtle realm into my work, we go where words reach their limits. This allows us to dive deep to the very source of what is happening within you.

It is a targeted support focused on clarity, deep release and concrete transformation.

Why did you train in mediumship according to the English tradition?

The British tradition is the global benchmark for evidential mediumship.

It relies on high standards and a strict code of ethics: delivering specific, concrete, and verifiable evidence of the soul’s survival before conveying any message.

I truly recognized myself in the quality of this teaching, the discipline it demands, and the deep respect it holds for both the spiritual world and the client.
